As many of you have noticed, I am sure, the 5 models that are on Willow Park Drive have been sold! These models have been used as such for more than 5 years. I am a current resident of Jordan Willows and was wondering what was going on with the status of any new model homes for our subdivision. I am glad to read that new models will be built and that, hopefully, new homes will go up to finish off the subdivision. I really like the look of the new homes and think they will go a long way in changing the “look” of Utah homes.

We are breaking ground on the new models this week 6/18!
We are building three model homes across the street from where the old models were located! We are really excited for the new product with the Hardie Board and the new floors plans. You will start to notice much more building in the community and hopefully we will close out of this community in the near future! If you have any friends or neighbors looking to buy send them over. This is great news! Does this mean Lot 422 in Jordan Willows will have a home on it soon? This has been an empty lot surrounded by 5 other homes for the past 3 years. It will be nice to have the last empty lot on the street improved and occupied.

We will be digging the hole on 9/23…home should be complete about 12/5 or so!
How does that sound? the home will be the new 2141!
